Primavera Campus is composed of:

Because we think about the future, as well as the environment and the costs of future tenants, we have chosen the most efficient solutions for heating/cooling, fresh air supply and humidity regulation.
Thus, we use modern block plants, heat exchangers, solar panels and photovoltaic panels to minimize utility costs. The project will benefit from a dedicated transformer station and a water reserve with a capacity of 90m3. The facade and the carpentry will ensure a very low thermal transfer coefficient.
